Step 1: Access the Support Portal

Visit: Navigate to LiveTechSOS.com to start the process.

Step 2: Download the Required Software

Choose Your Operating System: Click on the appropriate logo for your operating system (Windows or Apple) on our site.

Download: Select either “Save” or “Run” to download the support software.

Step 3: Launch the Software

Open: Follow the on-screen prompts to open the software on your computer.

Run: Open the application after installation is complete.

Step 4: Open the Support Session Screen

Ensure that the Live-Tech Support Session screen is open. This screen must remain open during the support session to maintain the connection.

Step 5: Provide Your Remote Access ID

Locate Your ID: On the session screen, you will see a 9-digit Remote Access ID.

Share Your ID: Please provide this ID in your support ticket or via email to allow us to connect to your system.

Additional Information

Privacy and Security: All remote sessions are secure, and your privacy is protected. You will be able to see all actions performed by the technician during the session.

Ending the Session: You can end the session at any time by closing the session window or selecting "End Session."
